Terms

Facility Guidelines

Socks Required: For health and safety, all guests—both children and adults—must wear socks in the indoor area.
Playground Guidelines: Our playground is designed for children up to 6 years old or under 48” in height. Older and taller children are welcome to attend private events but may have restrictions on using certain equipment.
Decor & Setup Limitations: To maintain a safe and clean environment, please avoid bringing piñatas, balloon garlands, wall hangings, taped decorations, furniture rearrangements, glitter or glitter attire, large structures or frames, and any heating or warming devices.
Food and drinks are only permitted in the party room and not in the play area.

Booking Guidelines

Booking Deposit: A $250 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your party reservation
Confirmation Call: We’ll reach out the week of your event to confirm your color choices and pizza order
Advance Booking: Parties can be booked up to 6 months in advance
Availability Policy: Availability holds are valid for 24 hours only
Processing Fee: 3% processing fee added to all credit card transactions
First-Come, First-Served: Party reservations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis
