FACILITY GUIDELINES: WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ENTER

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and follow these guidelines:

Height and age restrictions

Our facility is designed for children up to 6 years old or a maximum height of 48". These restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of all participants.

No food, drinks, sweets or gums

Eating, snacking, and drinking are not permitted in the play area.

Adult supervision required

Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times.

No shoes or trainers

Shoes and trainers are not allowed in the indoor play area.

Socks required

Socks are required for everyone in the indoor playground area. If needed, socks can be purchased on-site.

No sharp objects

For the safety of all children, sharp objects such as pens, pencils, jewelry, and any other potentially hazardous items are not allowed in the play area. Please ensure that children remove these items before entering to prevent injuries and maintain a safe play environment.

No strollers

Strollers are not allowed inside the premises. However, you may park your stroller near the entrance door.

Personal items

Personal belongings should remain with parents at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

No smoking and alcohol

Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Sick policy

Children who are unwell should not use the facilities. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone exhibiting a fever or visible cold symptoms. If you or your child are feeling unwell, please stay home and visit us when you’re feeling better.

First aid

Our staff is equipped with first aid supplies to handle minor emergencies.

Our Right to Deny Entry

We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who does not follow our rules and regulations during open play. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
